From the "Rediscovery Collection", which takes forgotten pieces and recreates them with a touch of whimsy, comes "The Bronze Bird". The piece consists of an ornate Bronze jewelry box that was imported from France in the early 1920s for the New York City store of the Ovington Brothers. The box has been reworked and now features translucent Vanilla Onyx in the lid that is encrusted with Sleeping Beauty and Kingman Turquoise, London Blue Topaz, Champagne Quartz, Ethiopian Opal, and Bronze Blister Pearls. Seated on a nest created from large Freshwater Baroque Pearls and crushed Gold Leaf sits a vintage Bronze bird figurine that has been sprinkled with Ethiopian Opal and Champagne Quartz. The bird has London Blue Topaz eyes. The box now  sits on a base of Vanilla Onyx that is encrusted with Turquoise and Topaz as well. The base rests on the box's original Bronze feet. The interior of the box has been Gold Leafed and has a removable Cowhide pad.
